Tawa Pulao

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1
  • Rice (soaked) 1 ½ -2 cup
  • Onions (chopped) 4
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green cardamoms 4
  • For stock:
  • Water 4 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Black cardamoms 2
  • Black Peppercorns 4

 

 

Method:

  1. Take chicken, 4 cups water, salt, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp coriander seeds,
  2. Add  2 big cardamoms and 4 black peppercorns in a wok and cook.
  3. When the chicken is cooked, close the pan and strain the stock with the help of the strainer.
  4. Add soaked rice in the stock.
  5. Then add in some salt when the water dries simmer it.
  6. take some oil and add in boiled chicken, chopped onion, 4 small cardamoms and 4 green chilies.
  7. Cook it and add in cooked rice.
  8. Now mix the rice and chicken fast with the help of two spoons.
  9. Garnish it with chopped onion and serve.
