Ingredients:
- Chicken 1
- Rice (soaked) 1 ½ -2 cup
- Onions (chopped) 4
- Green Chilies 4
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Green cardamoms 4
- For stock:
- Water 4 cups
- Salt to taste
- Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Black cardamoms 2
- Black Peppercorns 4
Method:
- Take chicken, 4 cups water, salt, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp coriander seeds,
- Add 2 big cardamoms and 4 black peppercorns in a wok and cook.
- When the chicken is cooked, close the pan and strain the stock with the help of the strainer.
- Add soaked rice in the stock.
- Then add in some salt when the water dries simmer it.
- take some oil and add in boiled chicken, chopped onion, 4 small cardamoms and 4 green chilies.
- Cook it and add in cooked rice.
- Now mix the rice and chicken fast with the help of two spoons.
- Garnish it with chopped onion and serve.
