Tawa Vegetables By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Potatoes 4
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Boiled peas ½ cup
  • Capsicum cubes 4
  • Chopped green chilies 8
  • Fenugreek leaves 6 bunches
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Take a tawa and add in boiled potatoes cubes, ½ cup boiled peas, 2 boiled and chopped carrots, 6 bunches of fenugreek leaves, 6 chopped capsicum cubes, salt and 1 tbsp red chili flakes and mix everything.
  2. Add in oil and add in 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 lemon juice, 2 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp butter and 8 chopped green chilies.
  3. Cover it and cook it for 10 minutes.
