Ingredients:
- Boiled Potatoes 4
- Chopped carrots 2
- Boiled peas ½ cup
- Capsicum cubes 4
- Chopped green chilies 8
- Fenugreek leaves 6 bunches
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Lemons 2
- Oil as required
Method:
- Take a tawa and add in boiled potatoes cubes, ½ cup boiled peas, 2 boiled and chopped carrots, 6 bunches of fenugreek leaves, 6 chopped capsicum cubes, salt and 1 tbsp red chili flakes and mix everything.
- Add in oil and add in 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 lemon juice, 2 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp butter and 8 chopped green chilies.
- Cover it and cook it for 10 minutes.
