INGREDIENTS:
Dried Plum 250g
Water 2 glasses
Black Salt ½ tsp
Crushed and Roasted Cumin ½ tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar 4 tbsp
Ice as required
Mint Leaves as required
METHOD:
In a pan add 1 glass water, ½ tsp salt, 4 tbsp brown sugar and 250g dried plum and boil it.
When boil comes then take it off from the stove and peel off the skin.
Now put it in a blender and add ice as required, 1 glass water, 2 tbsp lemon juice and ½ tsp crushed and roasted cumin and blend it.
When all the ingredients get ready, then garnish it with mint leaves.
