Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken half kg
- Oil quarter cup
- Yogurt quarter cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 1
- tomatoes choparized 3
- Long red chilies whole 3 soaked in white vinegar
- Round red chilies whole 6 soak in white vinegar
- Whole Green chilies 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric half tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp
- Onion (cubed) 1 for garnishing
- Tomato (cubed) 1
Method:
- Heat oil in a sauce pan, Add onion chopped stair till light brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste with tomatoes, salt chili powder, turmeric, coriander and cumin cooks for 10 min till masala is ready.
- Add chicken yoghurt and 3 different verities of chilies.
- Cover and cook till chicken tender.
- Remove fry well add onion and tomatoes Cubes, leave it on Dum.
