Ingredients:
- Meat (boiled) 1 kg
- Teenday ½ kg
- Tomato Paste 250 gms
- Oil 1 cup
- Large Green Chilies6
- Curry Leaves 6
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Turmeric Powder 1tsp
- Fennel Seeds 1tsp
- Mustard Seeds 1tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Nigella Seeds 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Red Chili 2 tsp
- Garlic (chopped) 2 tsp
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil add garlic and fry.
- Now add mustard seeds, nigella seeds, salt, cumin seeds, red chili, turmeric powder and fennel seeds.
- After this, add tomato paste, curry leaves, teenday, boiled meat and cook.
- When cook well, and let it simmer.
- In the end, sprinkles coriander leaves, green chilies and serve.
- Teenday Gosht is ready.
