Teenday Gosht by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Meat (boiled) 1 kg
  • Teenday ½ kg
  • Tomato Paste 250 gms
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Large Green Chilies6
  • Curry Leaves 6
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Turmeric Powder 1tsp
  • Fennel Seeds 1tsp
  • Mustard Seeds 1tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Nigella Seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
  • Red Chili 2 tsp
  • Garlic (chopped) 2 tsp

 

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat oil add garlic and fry.
  2. Now add mustard seeds, nigella seeds, salt, cumin seeds, red chili, turmeric powder and fennel seeds.
  3. After this, add tomato paste, curry leaves, teenday, boiled meat and cook.
  4. When cook well, and let it simmer.
  5. In the end, sprinkles coriander leaves, green chilies and serve.
  6. Teenday Gosht is ready.
