Ingredients:
- For chicken:
- Boneless chicken (cut in strips) 250 grams
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp
- Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Ingredients for rice:
- Boiled rice 3 cups
- Oil ½ cup
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Carrot (finely cut) ½ cup
- Teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp
- Spring onion (finely cut) ½ cup
- Capsicum (finely cut) 2 tbsp
- Boiled peas ½ cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
- Ginger (cut) 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients except garlic and oil.
- Now heat oil and fry garlic then add chicken and cook well until water dries.
- For rice heat oil and fry ginger in it.
- Then add carrot, finely cut capsicum and peas and cook until they get tender.
- Now add soy sauce, vinegar, teriyaki sauce.
- Add brown sugar and black pepper and also add 1 cup water and cook until boil comes.
- Then add boiled rice and mix.
- Then add spring onion and sesame seed oil and mix well.
- When they got fry then put rice in mould and take out then put cooked chicken in center.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion then serve.
