Thai Chaat
Ingredients:
Chickpeas (Boiled) 3 cups
Potatoes (Cubed, boiled) 1 cup
Curry Leaves 20
Oil ½ cup
Thai Red Curry Paste 2 tbsp
Sweet Chili Sauce ½ cup
Suree Tamarind Paste 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add curry leaves with thai red curry paste and ¼ cup water. Fry well.
Add boiled chickpeas, potatoes with sweet chili sauce, tamarind paste and salt.
Mix everything well, and remove to a platter.
Serve and garnish with papri.
