Thai Chicken Wings Recipe by Shireen Anwar at Masala Mornings

Ingredients:

  • for frying wings:
  • ½ kg wings
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Corn flour ¾ cup
  • ¼ cup flour
  • Method for wings:
  • Coat the wings with salt and both the flours deep fry on low flames for 15 mins.
  • Ingredients for sauce:
  • Chili oil ¼ cup
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Sweet sauce ½cup
  • Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Chopped onion 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil add crushed garlic add chopped onions.
  2. Fry till transparent.
  3. Add all the sauces, seasonings. Cook for 5 mins.
  4. Add chicken wings to sauce and serve.
