Ingredients:
- Boneless Fish ½ kg
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Spring Onions (finely chopped) ½ cup
- Sriracha Sauce 2 tbsp
- Brown Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Curry Paste 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp heaved
- Bread Crumbs as required
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in the chopper and chopperize all.
- Make cutlets.
- Roll in crumbs and shallow fry.
- Thai Fish Cakes ready to serve with sweet chili sauce.
