Thai Green Curry recipe by Shireen Anwar is to be deliciously cooked at live cooking show “Masala Mornings” on Masala TV only.
Ingredients:
- Chicken (Julienned, flattened, boiled) ½ kg
- Oil ¼ cup
- Onion (Chopped) 1 cup
- Thai Green Curry Paste 3 tbsp
- Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
- Chicken Powder ½ tsp
- Fresh Green Chili (Cut diagonally) 2
- Coconut Milk 1 cup
- Zucchini (Cut diagonally) 1 cup
Method:
1. Heat quarter cup oil in a pan and add chopped onion.
2. Fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add green curry paste, brown sugar and chicken powder.
4. Fry for 5 minutes and keep aside.
5. Fry the zucchini and set aside.
6. In another pan, heat quarter cup oil.
7. To it add the zucchini and green chili. Cook for 1 minute.
8. Add coconut milk and the green curry mixture.
9. Lastly add boiled chicken.
10. Cook till mixture thickens.
