Thai Spring Rolls Recipe by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Carrots (julienned) 1 cup
  • Cabbage (julienned) 2 cups
  • Beans sprouts 1 ½ cup
  • Rice noodles (soaked) 1 cup
  • Spring onions (finely chopped) 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chicken Mince half cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Spring Roll Wrappers 2 dozen

 

Method:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil add mince, cooks for 2 min.
  2. Add all the veggies with seasonings and sauces.
  3. Cook on high flame remove on a strainer let the vegetables cool take 1 wrapper put the vegetable roll like spring roll, seal with flour paste.
  4. Deep fry and Serve with spring roll sauce.
