Ingredients:
- Carrots (julienned) 1 cup
- Cabbage (julienned) 2 cups
- Beans sprouts 1 ½ cup
- Rice noodles (soaked) 1 cup
- Spring onions (finely chopped) 2
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Chicken Mince half cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
- Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Spring Roll Wrappers 2 dozen
Method:
- Heat 2 tbsp oil add mince, cooks for 2 min.
- Add all the veggies with seasonings and sauces.
- Cook on high flame remove on a strainer let the vegetables cool take 1 wrapper put the vegetable roll like spring roll, seal with flour paste.
- Deep fry and Serve with spring roll sauce.
