Ingredients:
- Meat ½ kg
- Spring Onion 250 gms
- Green Chilies 6
- Garlic 6
- Ginger 1 piece
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
- Bread Slices 2
For Making Masala:
- Fried Onion 1 cup
- Yogurt 250 gms
- Salt ½ tsp
- Green Chilies 4
- Tomatoes 2
- Onions 2
- Butter 100 gms
Method:
- In a chopper, chopped meat, spring onion, green chilies, garlic,ginger, cumin seeds, garam masala powder and bread slices.
- Make the shape of kababs.
- In a blender, blended fried onion, salt and yogurt.
