Tikka Chops Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • Chops ½ kg flattened
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya grinded 1 tbsp
  • Orange color pinch
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Brown onion 2 tbsp grinded
  • Oil ¼ cup

Method:

 

  1. Marinate chops with all the ingredients for 1 hour
  2. Heat oil add chops, fry for 10 mins
  3. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chops done.
  4. Give dum of coal.
  5. Serve garnish with onion rings and mint leaves.
