Ingredients:
- Chops ½ kg flattened
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Raw papaya grinded 1 tbsp
- Orange color pinch
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
- Brown onion 2 tbsp grinded
- Oil ¼ cup
Method:
- Marinate chops with all the ingredients for 1 hour
- Heat oil add chops, fry for 10 mins
- Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chops done.
- Give dum of coal.
- Serve garnish with onion rings and mint leaves.
