Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1 tsp
- Hung curd 125 gm
- Salt to taste
- Egg 1
- Oil for fry
- Ingredients for Batter
- Flour 250 gm
- Sesame seeds 50 gm
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl marinate ½ kg chicken with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp soya sauce
- Add 1 tsp Chinese salt, salt to taste, 125 gm thick yogurt and 1 egg.
- In another bowl mix together 250 gm flour, 50 gm sesame seeds
- Add salt to taste, ½ tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp chili powder and water as required.
- Mix well and make batter of medium consistency.
- Dip marinated chicken pieces in prepared batter one by one and deep fry till golden brown.
