Ingredients:
- All Purpose Flour 2 cups
- Yeast tbsp
- Sesame Seeds -2-3 tbsp
- Sugar 1 sugar
- Butter 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a luke warm water add 1 tbsp of yeast add 1 tsp of sugar mix it well and leave it for 15 minutes
- when the yeast mixture is raised take a mixing bowl add 2 cups of all purpose flour add to taste
- now add 1 cup of butter mix it well with milk or water to make a dough and leave it 2-3 hours.
- Take it out the dough and make a small balls roll the thick dough with the help of fork mark on the dough and sprinkle the sesame seeds.
- Now place the oven proof dish and bake it for 8-10 minutes on 200C bake it until it’s brushing with 2-3 tbsp of butter and bake it 1-2 minutes.
- At last take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
