Timatar Gosht

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 750 grams
  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Onions (finely chopped) 3
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 3-4

Method:

  1. Heat oil add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and mutton, fry well
  2. Add salt, chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder and tomatoes, fry well
  3. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mutton tender and oil comes on top
  4. Lastly add coriander leaves, green chilies and allspice.
