Timatar Ki Chatni By Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Tomato 6
  • Onion (Finely chopped) 1
  • Garlic (Finely chopped) 3-4 cloves
  • Red Chili (Crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala (Powder) 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper (Crushed) ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon seeds ½ tsp
  • Tamarind Paste ½ cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. First take out the seeds from tomatoes, Cut it finely.
  2. In a pan, add finely chopped onion & garlic and fry it.
  3. Now add tomatoes, Red Chili (Crushed), Black Pepper (Crushed), Garam Masala(Powder), Cinnamon seeds and Salt. Cook it well.
  4. When tomato is tender then add tamarind paste & mix it well.
  5. When Chatni is thick then place it out & serve it with Pakora.
