Ingredients:
- Tomato 6
- Onion (Finely chopped) 1
- Garlic (Finely chopped) 3-4 cloves
- Red Chili (Crushed) 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala (Powder) 1 tsp
- Black Pepper (Crushed) ½ tsp
- Cinnamon seeds ½ tsp
- Tamarind Paste ½ cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First take out the seeds from tomatoes, Cut it finely.
- In a pan, add finely chopped onion & garlic and fry it.
- Now add tomatoes, Red Chili (Crushed), Black Pepper (Crushed), Garam Masala(Powder), Cinnamon seeds and Salt. Cook it well.
- When tomato is tender then add tamarind paste & mix it well.
- When Chatni is thick then place it out & serve it with Pakora.
