Ingredients:
- Tomatoes (chopped)1
- Chillies (crushed) 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Vinegar2 tbsp
- Garam Masala ½ tsp
- Salt½ tsp
Method:
- Put the tomatoes into a processor with all ingredients.
- Make a purée, then transfer to a heavy-based pan, bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 mins, until the
- chutney is thickened.
- Pour the chutney into the jars.
- Store in the fridge and use within 1 month.
