Tomato Ketchup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Red Tomatoes : 2 ½ kg
  •  Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Garlic ginger paste : 1 tsp
  • Vinegar : 1 cup
  • Sugar : 200gm
  • Salt : 1 ½ tsp
  • Spice bag : 1

 

Method:

  1. Wash the tomatoes, then coarsely chop and cook in a pan without water for 15 minutes.
  2. Then cool and mix and filter in cotton cloth. Now add this puree to the pan, along with
  3. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder 1 tsp, 200g sugar, vinegar 1 cup, salt 1 ½ tsp
  4. Add spice bag, let it cook until it become thick paste. When its done, then cool this paste.
  5. Fill it in clean and dry bottles . and use it at any time.
