Ingredients:
- Red Tomatoes : 2 ½ kg
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
- Garlic ginger paste : 1 tsp
- Vinegar : 1 cup
- Sugar : 200gm
- Salt : 1 ½ tsp
- Spice bag : 1
Method:
- Wash the tomatoes, then coarsely chop and cook in a pan without water for 15 minutes.
- Then cool and mix and filter in cotton cloth. Now add this puree to the pan, along with
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder 1 tsp, 200g sugar, vinegar 1 cup, salt 1 ½ tsp
- Add spice bag, let it cook until it become thick paste. When its done, then cool this paste.
- Fill it in clean and dry bottles . and use it at any time.
