Tuna Noodle Casserole Zarnak Sidhwa in Food Diaries

 

Ingredients
1 can Tuna Fish Drained
1 packet Egg Noodles Boiled
Crushed Red Chilies   as required
Black and Green olives  few
1 Gherkin Chopped
1 tbsp Dill Chopped
White Sauce :
2 tbsp Flour
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Milk
Salt and Black Pepper
½ tsp Mustard Paste

Method :
Make the white sauce by melting  butter, add in flour salt pepper mustard and whisk in milk and let  cook till thick. Add in the crushed red chillies, dill and  tuna and set aside. Boil the egg noodles in salt and oil and drain water.
Put the egg noodles in a platter and add  the tuna white sauce mixture over it and top with chopped olives and gherkins. Serve immediately.
