Twister Wraps

Ingredients:

  • Ingredients For Roti:
  • Plain Flour 2 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Baking Powder ½ tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Lukewarm Water to knead
  • Ingredients For Filling :
  • Chicken Boneless 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hot Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flex (crushed)1 cup
  • Fresh Bread Crumbs ¼  cup
  • Cabbage (sliced) ½ cup
  • Tomato (cubes) 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Lettuce as required
  • Ingredients For Batter:
  • Plain Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Self Raising Flour 1 tbsp
  • Baking Powder ¼  tsp
  • Salt1/4 tsp
  •  Black Pepper1/4 tsp
  •  Paprika ¼ tsp
  • Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hot Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Cold Water  for make batter

Method:

  1. Method for roti
  2. Knead the dough into a medium soft dough leave cover for half an hour
  3. Make into dinner plate size roti
  4. Cook on tawa on both sides. Cover and keep warm.
  5. Make batter with all the given ingredients
  6. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 30 min dip in batter
  7. Roll in corn flex and bread crumb mixture
  8. Deep fry till golden brown
  9. To Assemble:
  10. Put the roti on table put fried chicken cubes of tomatoes, salad leaf
  11. Add cabbage mayonnaise, 2 tbsp in each twister
  12. Fold like roll served warp in paper.
