Vegetable Chowmein

Ingredients:

  • Spinach                                2 cup
  • Carrot                                    1
  • Garlic clove                         3
  • Onion (medium size)       1
  • Dried red chili                              1 tsp
  • Mushrooms                        7
  • Soy sauce                             2 tbsp
  • Chowmein noodles          6 oz
  • Brown sugar                        1 tbsp
  • Salt                                         ½ tsp
  • Sesame seeds                     1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil                           1 tbsp
  • Oil                                          2 tbsp

Method:

  1. In medium saucepan water boil and cook the noodles for 3 minutes.
  2. Then in a pan heat oil and fry garlic until fragrant.
  3. Now add mushrooms, carrot cook until brown 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. After this season, salt and dry red chili and cook 1 minute.
  5. Then add spinach and noodles mix .finally garnish with soy sauce, salt and sesame then serve.
