Ingredients:
- Spinach 2 cup
- Carrot 1
- Garlic clove 3
- Onion (medium size) 1
- Dried red chili 1 tsp
- Mushrooms 7
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Chowmein noodles 6 oz
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- In medium saucepan water boil and cook the noodles for 3 minutes.
- Then in a pan heat oil and fry garlic until fragrant.
- Now add mushrooms, carrot cook until brown 1 to 2 minutes.
- After this season, salt and dry red chili and cook 1 minute.
- Then add spinach and noodles mix .finally garnish with soy sauce, salt and sesame then serve.
