Ingredients:
- Rice ½ kg
- Chicken ½ kg
- Carrots 2
- Potatoes 2
- Capsicums 2
- Green Peas 1 cup
- Tomatoes 2
- Green Chilies 10
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Black Peppercorns 1tsp
- Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
- Yellow Food Color 1 pinch
- Mix Dry Fruits 1 cup
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- In a pan, add chicken , water and cook.
- When chicken are tenders and removes from the stove.
- In separate pan, add vegetables fry and take it out.
- Then add cumin seeds, chopped black pepper, salt, ginger garlic and chicken.
- When boil comes, add soaked rice.
- Now let it simmer, add fried vegetables, mixed dry fruits, yellow food color and removes from the stove.
- Sprinkles green chilies and coriander leaves.
