Vegetable Pulao Recipe by Rida Aftab in Tarka

VEGETABLE PULAO
Ingredients:
Boiled Rice ½ kg
Green Peas 1 cup
Potatoes 2
Carrots 2
Green Chilies 5
Butter 50 gms
Currants 100 gms
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
METHOD:
• Haeat butter add black pepper, salt, cumin seeds, green chilies, 2 glass of water cook it low flame.
• Remove from the stove, when 1 cup of stock.
• In separate pan, heat oil add potatoes, carrots, fried peas and half cup of water.
• When vegetables tenders, add boiled rice, salt mic it.
• Then, add currants and chicken stock simmer for 20 minutes.Vegetable pulao is ready.
