Ingredients:
Rice ½ cup
Carrots 250 gms
Fresh Red Chilies 4
Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
Stock 2 cup
Capsicums 2
Mushrooms 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
Eggs 6
Oil 3 tbsps
Method:
• Soak rice for half an hour.
• Sieve add stock and cook.
• When dries water add remove from the stove.
• In a pan, heat oil add carrots, spring onions, fresh red chilies, ginger garlic, capsicums, mushrooms, black pepper, salt, soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
• Then add in rice and mix, take it out in a dish.
• After this, in separate pan heat oil add egg.
• When they are crispy add rice.
• Same procedure fry remaining 2 eggs and add.
