Warqi Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Flour                                                                           3 cups
  • Sugar                                                                         2 tsp
  • Semolina                                                                   4 tbsp
  • Soda                                                                           pinch
  • Eggs                                                                           2
  • Oil                                                                               ¼ cup
  • Milk powder                                                               3 tbsp
  • Salt                                                                             ½ tsp
  • Water                                                                          to knead

Method:

  1. Knead altogether in a bowl, leave it covered for 1 hour
  2. Now make medium size balls, roll to saucer size, apply ghee then flour
  3. Roll like a Swiss roll and form into ball again
  4. Now re roll to a large paratha, shallow fry.
  5. Serve with korma.
