Ingredients:
- Flour 3 cups
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Semolina 4 tbsp
- Soda pinch
- Eggs 2
- Oil ¼ cup
- Milk powder 3 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Water to knead
Method:
- Knead altogether in a bowl, leave it covered for 1 hour
- Now make medium size balls, roll to saucer size, apply ghee then flour
- Roll like a Swiss roll and form into ball again
- Now re roll to a large paratha, shallow fry.
- Serve with korma.
