Ingredients:
- Chicken (boiled) 1 kg (16 pieces)
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green cardamoms 2
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chilies (ground) 6
- Coriander leaves (ground) ½ cup
- Almonds (ground) 20
- Poppy seeds (ground) 1tbsp
- Sesame seeds (ground) 1 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Oil half cup
- Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
Method:
- Boil chicken in 2 cups of water with garlic ginger coriander leaves and green chilies, salt.
- Grind together almonds, sesame, poppy seeds coconut keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan; add grinded masala with yoghurt fry for 2 – 3 mins.
- Add boiled chicken leave it on low flame till oils comes on top garnish with boil eggs and half cup of French fries, serve with Naan.
