White Chicken By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (boiled) 1 kg (16 pieces)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamoms 2
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies (ground) 6
  • Coriander leaves (ground) ½ cup
  • Almonds (ground) 20
  • Poppy seeds (ground) 1tbsp
  • Sesame seeds (ground) 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Oil half cup
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup

 

Method:

  1. Boil chicken in 2 cups of water with garlic ginger coriander leaves and green chilies, salt.
  2. Grind together almonds, sesame, poppy seeds coconut keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan; add grinded masala with yoghurt fry for 2 – 3 mins.
  4. Add boiled chicken leave it on low flame till oils comes on top garnish with boil eggs and half cup of French fries, serve with Naan.
