Ingredients:
- Meat (mutton) ½ kg
- Yogurt 250 gms
- Onion Paste 250 gms
- Ginger 1 piece
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Cloves 4
- Green Cardamom 2
- Button Red Chilies 8
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chili (chopped) 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Method:
- In a pan, add meat, onion paste, ginger ,garlic, cloves , black cardamom, button red chili, salt, chopped red chili and cook on slow flame.
- When meat are tender, add yogurt, oil and fry.
- In the end , sprinkles coriander leaves and serve.
