White Chocolate Mousse Recipe By Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • White chocolate 2oo grams
  • Cream 400 grams
  • Gelatin 1 ½ tsp mix in quarter cup water
  • Pistachios 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder for garnishing
  • Chocolate Decorations for garnishing

 

Method:

  1. Melt white chocolate beat cream till stiff add in melted white chocolate dissolve gelatin when properly mix put in a serving bowl.
  2. Leave it to Set remove dust with coco powder decorate with pistachio slice and chocolate decorations.
