White Karahi Masala By Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Onion Paste 1cup
  • Red chili (chopped) 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Green Chili Paste 6tbsp
  • Black Pepper (chopped)1tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
  • Oil as required

 

Method:

  1. In a pan,heat oil add ginger garlic, onion paste and fry.
  2. When aroma comes, add chicken , salt and cookon slow flame.
  3. When chicken are tenders, add yogurt, cream, green chilies paste, coriander leaves, chopped red chilies,black pepper, cumin seeds and cover it for 10 minutes.
  4. In the end, sprinkles garam masala powder and removes from the stove.
  5. White Karahi Masala is ready.
