Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Onion Paste 1cup
- Red chili (chopped) 2 tsp
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Cream 1 cup
- Green Chili Paste 6tbsp
- Black Pepper (chopped)1tbsp
- Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- In a pan,heat oil add ginger garlic, onion paste and fry.
- When aroma comes, add chicken , salt and cookon slow flame.
- When chicken are tenders, add yogurt, cream, green chilies paste, coriander leaves, chopped red chilies,black pepper, cumin seeds and cover it for 10 minutes.
- In the end, sprinkles garam masala powder and removes from the stove.
- White Karahi Masala is ready.
