Ingredients:
- Chicken (Minced) 250 g
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- White pepper 1tsp
- Salt To taste
- Bread slice 1 slice
- Roasted chickpeas 1 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Coconut (Grated) 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Curd ½ cup
- Onion (Paste) 3
- Egg 1
- Onion (Chopped) 1
- Green chilies 5-6
- Coriander leaves A few
Method:
- In a blender, mix together the bread slices, green chilies, chickpeas,
- Add poppy seeds, coconut, salt, white pepper, onion, and egg.
- Mix the mince and shape into balls.
- In a pan heat oil and add the onion paste. Fry till golden
- Then add curd, almonds paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, salt and sauté.
- Add the koftas to the onion paste mixture.
- Now cover the pan and let everything simmer for 5 minutes
- Until the mince is cooked through and the oil begins to separate from the gravy.
- Add water to make gravy, and cook further on a low heat for 5 minutes more.
- Serve with Nan.
