White Mutton Biryani

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 Kg
  • Raw Papaya 1 tsp
  • Green Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
  • White Pepper 1 tsp
  • Almonds 25
  • Whole Spices Mixed 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Mint Leaves ½ bunch
  • Yougurt 1 cup
  • Lemon Junice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Onion (chopped) 2
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Desiccated Coconut (grinded) 3 tbsp
  • Brown Onion ½ cup
  • Kewra Essence 1 tbsp
  • Rice (boiled) 750 Gms
  • Butter 2 oz for dum

Method:

  1. Marinate Mutton with brown onion grinded green chilies salt
  2. Add lemon juice ,raw papaya, yogurt, coriander mint leaves chopped oil ginger garlic paste
  3. Whole spices mix it well and leave it for few hours in another bowl mix together grinded almonds
  4. Add white pepper cream mayonise coconut and spreaded on top of the mutton . top with boiled rice ,
  5. Add kevra water quarter cup ghee put to cook on a tawa for one hour mix and served.
