Yagi Recipe

 

Ingredients

Rice Flour

All Purpose Flour

 Dry Fruit

Crushed Cumin Seeds

Caraway Seeds

Oil

250 grams

125 grams

½ cup

½ tsp

1/3 tsp

for fry

 

Method

 Take ½ cup of dry fruits boil it and peel off and chop it. Take 250 grams of rice flour, 125 grams of all purpose flour add ½ tsp of crushed cumin seeds and mix it well now add as required water to make dough. Now roll it with the help of rolling pin, then cut into the squares and fold it like envelope. Take a deep wok, heat the oil and deep fry till its nice golden brown and take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
