Ingredients:
- Undercut Beef Fillet 1 kg
- Yogurt 375 gms
- Onions 250 gms
- Oil 1 cup
- Saffrron ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds 50 gms
- Desiccated Coconut 50 gms
- Poppy Seeds 50gms
- White Cardamoms 6
- Cinnamon Seeds 1 piece
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp
- Black Peppercorns 1 tbsp
- Nutmeg, Mace ½ tsp
- Citric Acid ½ tsp
- Red Chili Powder 2tbsp
- Coriander leaves as required
- Green Chilies as required
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil add onion and fry.
- In a tawa, add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, desiccated coconut, poppy seeds, cinnamon seeds, nutmeg, mace ,white cardamoms, black peppercorns fry and blend.
- Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder,yogurt, salt, citric acid and mix.
- In pasanday, pour mixture cover it and cook for half an hour.
- Zafarani Pasanday is ready.
- In the end, sprinkles coriander leaves, green chilies and serve.
