Zafarani Qorma

Zafarani Qorma
Ingredients:
Chicken (12 pcs) 1 kg
Oil ½ cup
Ginger Garlic 2 tbsp
Salt 1½ tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 ½ tsp
Coriander Powder 3 tsp
Yogurt 1½ cup
Brown Onions (ground) 4 tbsp heaved
Nutmeg (ground) ¼ tsp
Maize (ground) ¼ tsp
All spice ¼ tsp
Saffron ¼ tsp
Hot Milk 2 tbsp
Screw Pine Water 1 tbsp
Method:

Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic with chicken. Fry for 5 mins. Add salt chili powder coriander powder with quarter cup water. Fry well. Add yogurt with brown onions. Cover and cook till chicken tender and thick gravy left. Lastly add all spice, zafran, kewra. Leave it on dum.
