Zafrani Paneer Rabri Recipe by Rida Aftab in Tarka

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Milk 4 litre
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
  • Kewra Essence few drops
  • Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
  • Almonds 100 gms
  • Pistachios 100 gms
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup

 

Method:

  1.    In a pan, boil milk.
  2. When boil comes add lemon juice and removes from the stove.
  3. They color change and sieve it.
  4. In  separate pan, cook milk.
  5. Cook milk, when ½ litre remaining milk add paneer.
  6. Along with add cardamom powder and sugar.
  7. Now add corn flour dissolve in milk.
  8. When rabri are thick and removes from the stove add kewra essence .
  9. Sprinkles  almonds and pistachios.
