Ingredients:
- Fresh Milk 4 litre
- Saffron ½ tsp
- Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
- Kewra Essence few drops
- Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
- Almonds 100 gms
- Pistachios 100 gms
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup
Method:
- In a pan, boil milk.
- When boil comes add lemon juice and removes from the stove.
- They color change and sieve it.
- In separate pan, cook milk.
- Cook milk, when ½ litre remaining milk add paneer.
- Along with add cardamom powder and sugar.
- Now add corn flour dissolve in milk.
- When rabri are thick and removes from the stove add kewra essence .
- Sprinkles almonds and pistachios.
