Zaitoon Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken With Bone          500 grams
  • Olives    1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste          1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes Slice  2
  • Onion Slice          1
  • Red Chili Powder      1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder           1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder             1 tsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper    ½ tsp
  • All Spice Powder              1 tsp
  • Fresh Coriander      ½ bunch
  • Olive Oil    1-2 tbsp
  • Salt         to taste

 

Method:

  1. First take chicken add 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste
  2. Add 1 tbsp of red chili powder 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1tsp of turmeric powder
  3. Add ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 tsp of all spice powder
  4. Add a pinch of salt and mix it well.
  5. Marinate the chicken heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the chicken add as required water cook till the chicken is tender .
  6. Then add 2 tomatoes slice , 1 onion slice, 1 cup of olives, and mix it well
  7. Cook when the gravy is dry so dish out on the serving dish
  8. Garnish with ½ bunch of chopped coriander and serve it.
