Ingredients:
- Diced zucchini 3/4 cup
- Chopped ginger 2 tsp
- Green chillies (slit and deseeded) 2
- Fresh curry leaves 4-5
- Dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp
- Caster sugar 3 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, and sauté diced zucchini
- Add chopped ginger, green chilies, curry leaves, dry ginger powder, caster sugar, salt, and oil together.
- Cool and grind. Serve.
